Book our group study rooms for collaborative work and group assignments. Rooms are available at all libraries during opening hours.
There are several group study rooms available for you to use across our libraries. Rooms are bookable using our group study room online booking system. You can book a room for a maximum of two hours per day.
Things to know:
- You must use your @MyVuw.ac.nz email address to make a booking.
- After you request a booking, you'll receive an email asking you to click the link to verify and confirm your booking within 15 minutes. If you don't do this, the booking request will be cancelled automatically and the room made available for other students.
- To cancel your booking, use the cancellation link in the confirmation email.
- You can book a study room for up to two hours per day.
Architecture and Design
There are four bookable study rooms in the Architecture and Design Library, Vivian Street.
Commerce
There are three bookable study rooms in Rutherford House on the ground floor.
Kelburn
Bookable study rooms are available in the Kelburn Library, Rankine Brown Building:
- Level 1: six rooms
- Level 5: three rooms
- Level 6: three rooms
Law
There are six bookable study rooms with one on each level of the Law Library (excluding the ground floor), Old Government Building.
