Update your contact details
Use our student portal to update your preferred email address, physical address, and contact numbers.
The Pūaha portal and the Student Records tool are where you complete most of your admin tasks while studying at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. You can:
- update your contact information
- view your grades and academic history
- add and drop courses (as a currently enrolled student)
- apply for graduation.
We recommend that you check Pūaha regularly and make sure your personal contact details are always up to date.
How to update your details
To update your preferred email address, physical address, or contact number:
- Go to Pūaha, our student portal.
- Go to the 'My Profile' section (top right-hand icon).
- Select the 'Personal details' tab.
- Find the 'Edit personal details' link (bottom right-hand corner).
- Make your changes.
- Use the 'Update' button to save your changes.
