You'll pay domestic fees if you're a citizen or permanent resident of:
- New Zealand
- Australia
- Cook Islands
- Niue
- Tokelau.
You'll also pay domestic fees if you are a permanent resident of New Zealand for diplomatic reasons.
To continue to pay domestic fees, you must live in New Zealand the whole time you're studying.
