Join the AI revolution
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is more than just robotics and self-driving cars—it’s all around us. AI adds the ‘smart’ to smart assistants like Siri, Alexa, and ChatGPT. It curates your Netflix picks and social media feed. It also drives innovation in health, education, and business.
Global demand is booming for trained people who can harness the power of AI to solve complex problems. Become an AI expert to improve the way we learn, travel, shop, work, and live.
While learning about how AI works, you’ll also consider the social, ethical, economic, and cultural impacts of this technology.
Learn from the experts
Our AI academics are internationally renowned. You’ll be learning from people who work at the cutting edge of the field.
Your study will include lab work, attending workshops and seminars, joining research groups, and networking opportunities.
Globally ranked
Our Artificial Intelligence programme is ranked in the top 50 worldwide in ShanghaiRanking's Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS).
GRAS provides subject rankings from about 2,000 universities worldwide.
Choose your study path
You can study AI as the major subject for your Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
You can also pursue your interest in another subject. This could be as a double major, a minor, or taking courses that interest you as your electives.
You could pair Artificial Intelligence with subjects like:
- Biology
- Cognitive Science
- Digital Intelligence
- Health
- Environmental Science
- Linguistics.
By combining AI with another subject, you can develop specialised expertise. You could transform your chosen field and unleash opportunities for positive change.
Some students choose to do a double major in Data Science and AI, or Computer Science and AI.
