Learn what good management is

Management is about people, resources, and organisations. It’s about how we get things done together.

Great management is behind every major achievement, whether in business, government, not-for-profit, sport, events, tourism or entrepreneurship.

Ethical leadership gives organisations a clear purpose and direction—uniting people to work towards a shared goal.

Why Wellington

At Wellington School of Business and Government, you'll be taught by lecturers who bring practical management experience and work closely with organisations in their daily work. Our lecturers come from many countries and bring a global perspective relevant to today's world.

Choose your study path

You can study Management as a major in the Bachelor of Commerce.

If you are completing a major in Management, you can gain a specialisation in Systems, Operations and Supply Chain Management.

You can take Management as a double major along with another Commerce major, like Finance.

It’s also possible to study Management within a conjoint degree—for example, a BCom combined with a BA, BSc, or LLB. A conjoint degree means you can combine Management with arts, science and other degree majors. For example, Management with Work and Organisational Psychology.
