Think about work and organisations in new ways
Work and Organisational Psychology includes courses from psychology, management, human resources, and employment relations. Look at issues from across these fields, like how to recruit people and support their development at work, and how to create a positive organisational culture.
You’ll learn how to get teams working together, and what makes someone a good leader. You’ll also explore important workplace issues like diversity, equity, inclusion, and unconscious bias.
